parents

Parents. everyone has, or had them. we all know that they can be annoying and make us angry and make us sad and just plain be there imposing on our mediocre lives. but the fact is that we have to live with them until we are old enough to take care of ourselves. we may not like this idea, but it has to be done. who feeds you? clothes you? houses you? if the answer to any one of those questions is nobody, then you are very lonely. you just do not realize it yet. here's a quick antecedote. once upon a time, in a magical land called my house, there were three brothers, and two sisters. there was also 2 cats, 2 dogs, a hellovalotta fish, etc. but that is beside the point. i am the oldest of four siblings. my parent depend on me to take care of everyone while they stay holed up in the "office" playing on this dreaded game called "second life". it really is called that, no joke. just tonight, which happens to be halloween, happy halloween, all... my dad told me to stay in the room to make sure the cat, bob, wouldn't jump up on the table and eat our food. yeah, he tends to do that. so i waited for my brother and sister to come in before i left to go to the bathroom. next thing i know, i hear my dad yelling at me for leaving the food unattended. i told him that evie and spencer were there and he said that he did not care, and that he wanted me there. parents can be horrible judges of character. you know, when i was writing this blog, i thought it would be to vent. it has actually been to show that i still love my parents even if they are unfair. if you ever get mad at your parents, please, for your own sake, don't be a burden on purpose. you will only hurt yourself in the long run. and even if you think that your parents do not give a shit about you, deep down, they do. trust me.
